During his previous jobs, Kragelund has been deeply involved in geographic expansion and has been responsible for marketing, the products business in general and various strategic relations. Kragelund was part of the founding body of Directions EMEA and took the position as Chairman in the summer 2009. Kragelund has a Master in Management Of Technology from Aalborg University.

Biography	Daya Keur is the Lanham Associates EMEA Operations Manager, residing in Almelo, The Netherlands. Daya earned his name in his younger years when he was involved with Rajneeshism. He remains focused, but easy-going, and the name stuck. Daya has a strong Navision and Dynamics NAV background over the past 11 years, holding roles as a consultant, a project manager, unit manager of a NAV department, and now Lanham's EMEA Operations Manager. Daya, being married to Marianne for some time now, is also a proud grandfather. In addition to off-roading in his spare time, he likes to watch movies and his game of Darts on the Monday. In the Directions EMEA committee, he is the treasurer of Directions EMEA, and he's in charge of registrations.

Biography	Frank Maier is the CEO of OctoCon AG since 1998. In the beginning he worked as Microsoft Certified Trainer, Developer and Consultant. Since 2002 Frank is specialized in managing huge international projects. OctoCon AG started as service provider for other Microsoft Partners. With more than 20 employees OctoCon AG is specialized on international projects on behalf of their own or other Microsoft Partners. Within the Directions EMEA Committee Frank is a founder, board member and the Secretary of Directions EMEA. Together with his team he is responsible for all around content.

Biography	Christian Sega has been in the NAV channel for over 16 years in various roles and for the last 7 years, the Managing Director and shareholder of agiles Group, a NAV partner since 1992. He has a strong focus on international ISV business and strategic business development. Christian has global responsibility for agiles Group in order to drive this ISV business development out of the agiles home market in Germany. agiles has several offices in Europe and North America and is represented with agiles International ApS, Copenhagen in the EMEA markets. He is a Member of Excellence in the Microsoft Business Sales Circle and part of the Microsoft executive academy. It's his second year in the Directions EMEA committee. Within the Directions EMEA committee he leads the marketing department.

Biography	As Director of EMEA, Lynn is responsible for Scribe’s operations within the region. Lynn leads all business development, sales and marketing activities designed to expand the Scribe brand, number of channel partners and revenue within the EMEA market. Harrington joined Scribe Software in 1999 and has 25 years of experience marketing, selling and implementing mid-market business applications. Lynn has held several management positions at Scribe including Sales, Business Development and Marketing. Under her Sales leadership, the Scribe Reseller channel was established and grew to over 250 partners. Harrington is part of the Marketing team for Directions EMEA and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Hampshire.

IT.integro today nr 1 Dynamics Partner in Poland in revenue with Microsoft.  Our position on the Market nr 1 in NAV and for 1 year AX too (nr 8). CEO of IT.integro and 85% shareholder, mostly involved in Sales and Business Development.  IT.integro employs almost 70 people focusing only on Dynamics.

Biography	Dynamics NAV and Microsoft BI platform specialist, born and based in Kaunas, Lithuania. Over 7 years of experience with Dynamics NAV development. Started career as NAV developer in biggest NAV partner at the time. Later have been promoted do Manager of Development Department in the same company led a team of 10+ NAV developers with responsibilities including team delivery, qualification and development process enhancement. At the moment employed at Softera Baltic (www.softera.lt) leading a team responsible for Business Intelligence services and product development. Certified MCP at Dynamics NAV Development, Application, Microsoft Business Intelligence Development and Maintenance, Microsoft SQL Server Development and Maintenance.

Biography	Hans Fousert has been working with Dynamics NAV since 1994 in various roles. It all started with development and later consultancy, but for the main part (since 1998) he was a Microsoft Certified Trainer. Also, he has been working with Jet Reports since 2004.   Nowadays, Hans is back in the consultancy area again. Currently he works for Xperit Services, a Microsoft partner in The Netherlands that sells and implements Dynamics NAV and develops generic add-on components. Hans’ main focus is financial management and reporting. For Directions EMEA 2011 Hans is part of the treasury team.

Biography	Daniel Pechmann founded his company Daneco AG in 1992. In the year 1996 he became the 14th NAV Partner in Switzerland. For 10 years he programmed a lot himself. Nowadays, Daniel focuses building up his company and strengthens a vertical focus. The Team of 8 professional consultants has an average NAV knowledge of 8 Years. 47 Years old born in Switzerland and married with a German wife, Daniel loves to spend time with his 4 year old daughter and his wife as much as his company allows.
