How to manage bigger/international projects succesfully

Bigger projects needs some additional methods to manage them successfull. A good indicator for a bigger project is if the customer has an own team of developers and/or consultants. A second indicator is that more than one developer/consulting team must be managed. Additional methods I use very successfull in that kind of projects I gave names like “Building a castle” or “Flyover view” which I use in any project. These methods will be explained in the session. How to manage projects of that kind in an agile way will also be part of this sesssion.

Since some years Frank knowledge is requested from Microsoft or NAV partners to restart/resetup projects.
