Bring Your Dynamics 365 Business Central Data to Life with Power BI

Date: Monday, October 29, 2018 | From: 13:30:00 to 15:30:00 | Room: PACIFIC 2

In this workshop you will learn how you can create stunning dashboards with the Power BI toolset. Using a hands-on approach, you will get an overview of the Power BI toolset and how to apply it to create stunning dashboards that not only bring your data to life but also learn from it. At the end, you will have the skills so you can turbo-charge your reporting capabilities with Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power BI. The session will combine creating an extension in VSCode (AL) to create and publish Queries, and import them in Power BI Desktop, using Power Query and DAX to create reports. These reports will then be converted into Dashboards. And on top of that, we will use Microsoft Flow to create data driven alerts about certain KPI's.
